Keeping our brains healthy can be tricky, especially when we might not even realize which habits are harmful. I came across AARP’s list of the 7 worst habits for brain health, and it really made me think about how these could influence our daily lives. For example, their point about staying inactive struck a chord with me, particularly since I try to include more movement through breathwork in my routine.
It makes me reflect on my everyday choices, including what I eat and how I engage socially, and wonder if I’m inadvertently falling into any of these negative habits. It can definitely be tough to pinpoint those daily routines that might not be beneficial for our mental wellbeing. Has anyone else looked into AARP’s insights and experienced a shift in their perspectives or habits?
