Anyone tried the Gina Ford sleep routine for their 6-month-olds?

As a parent, figuring out a sleep routine for your baby can be pretty daunting. A friend recently mentioned the Gina Ford sleep routine, and I’m interested to know if it’s effective for babies around six months old. I’ve seen a lot of parents looking for solid strategies, but I know that what works can really vary from one baby to another.

I’ve tried a few different methods so far and had mixed results. The idea of having a structured routine like Gina Ford’s is appealing, especially with my baby approaching six months and needing a more regular schedule. However, I’m also concerned about whether it might be too strict or if it truly helps establish better sleep habits over time.
