Are Wearable Hydration Monitors Worth Trying Out?

With the summer heat starting to kick in, I’ve been thinking more about how to stay hydrated during my walks. I came across wearable hydration monitors and I’m curious if they really make a difference in tracking fluid intake. It seems like a handy tool for keeping tabs on my hydration, especially since I’ve noticed I often forget to drink enough water throughout the day.

Has anyone had a chance to try a hydration monitor? How accurate are they, and do they genuinely help with everyday health challenges? Do you find that using one changes how you approach hydration, or is it just another gadget that seems useful but isn’t really necessary? If I decide to give one a try, what features should I look for?
