Best Morning Routines for Managing ADHD?

Creating a morning routine can be tough, especially for those of us dealing with ADHD. Mornings often feel chaotic, but having a structured approach might help set a positive tone for the day ahead. Personally, I’ve been trying out a combination of mindfulness practices and light exercise to see if it boosts my focus and energy.

I’ve noticed that some people swear by quick workouts or short meditation sessions followed by a healthy breakfast. Others find that starting their day with a to-do list or journaling can bring some clarity. It’s fascinating to see how various routines work differently for each individual.

Has anyone found a specific morning routine that really helps with their ADHD symptoms? What activities have you incorporated into your mornings to make them more manageable?
