Best Morning Yoga Routine for Boosting Energy?

We’ve all had those mornings where getting out of bed feels like a struggle. I’m on the lookout for a morning yoga routine that can really energize me and help me focus for the day ahead. Ideally, I want to mix in some gentle poses with a bit of invigorating flow to shake off the sleepiness.

So far, I’ve tried a few different routines, but they tend to leave me either too relaxed or not energized enough.
