Finding the right spot to work out in a busy city like London can be quite the challenge. With so many choices—ranging from parks and gyms to home workouts—how do you decide where to focus your exercise routine? I’ve been thinking about outdoor spaces since they can offer a nice change of scenery, but I’m also interested in what a local gym might provide.
Some friends of mine really enjoy training in parks for their peaceful vibe, while others prefer the structure and amenities of a gym. Personally, I like keeping things minimal and quiet, which draws me to open spaces. But I can’t help but wonder if that will limit my options for certain workouts or access to equipment.
