With the heat of summer really kicking in here in Austin, staying hydrated is more important than ever. I’ve come across various options, from classic water bottles to more advanced hydration packs, but I’m not sure which one would suit my needs best.
For those who have experimented with different hydration methods, what has worked well for you during your runs? Do you lean towards the convenience of bottles, or have you found hydration packs to be more effective? I’m also interested in the benefits of electrolyte drinks versus plain water—do you think they really make a difference for longer distances?
