Has anyone tried the Leonardo da Vinci sleep method?

I recently heard about the Leonardo da Vinci sleep method from a friend, and I can’t help but find it fascinating. The concept of polyphasic sleep, where you take several short naps throughout the day instead of sleeping for a full night, is really interesting but also seems a bit overwhelming. I’m always looking for ways to boost my mental clarity, and I wonder if this could be a viable option.

I’m curious to know how practical this method actually is. Has anyone tried it? Were you able to adapt to the schedule without feeling totally exhausted? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences, especially how you managed everyday responsibilities while following this routine. What advice would you offer to someone thinking about giving it a try?
