Hi everyone! I wanted to share my experience with a wearable hydration monitor I’ve recently started using. Living in Portland, I’ve often found it challenging to remember to drink enough water, especially in the cooler weather. This device has truly transformed my hydration habits by sending me reminders to sip throughout the day.
One feature I really appreciate is its ability to track my hydration based on my activity levels and even the weather conditions. It’s fascinating to see how my water needs differ on days when I do some light strength training compared to those when I’m mostly at my desk.
