With Women’s Mental Health Awareness Month here, I’m looking for meaningful ways to celebrate and raise awareness this year. Mental health has become such a crucial topic in our daily lives, and I feel it’s important to foster discussions around it, especially within our communities.
I’ve found journaling to be a great way to process my thoughts and feelings, but I’m also considering organizing a small community event or workshop to engage others. Have any of you attempted something like this? What strategies worked for you, and what didn’t?
