How can I build a morning mindfulness routine?

Creating a morning mindfulness routine can be a bit daunting with all the options out there. I’ve been trying to add one to my mornings, but I’m unsure about what key elements to include. Sometimes, I struggle to strike the right balance between having a structure and allowing for some flexibility, all while avoiding any pressure.
