How can schools better support student mental health?

As awareness of mental health grows, many are curious about the practical ways schools can support their students. While some schools are successfully integrating counseling services and mindfulness programs, others are still figuring out how to catch up. This leads to an important question: what effective strategies can schools adopt to create a supportive environment for mental well-being?
