How can we support students' mental health effectively?

Students today face immense pressure from both academics and social situations, and this has taken a toll on their mental health. In Portland, I’ve noticed that stress levels have increased significantly due to ongoing changes in education. I’m interested in hearing about practical strategies that can really help students improve their well-being.

I believe that incorporating mindfulness practices and establishing simple daily routines can make a noticeable difference. I’ve tried some small challenges centered around mental wellness, and they’ve surprisingly worked well for me. Have others found specific tools or techniques that help?
