How can you tell if your relationship is healthy?

Figuring out if a relationship is truly healthy can be challenging. Many of us have moments where we question whether our relationship is contributing positively to our wellbeing. Lately, I’ve been thinking about the characteristics that make a relationship feel supportive and balanced. It can sometimes be tough to separate the normal ups and downs from potential deeper issues.

I believe that open communication and mutual support for each other’s goals are important signs of a healthy relationship. But are those the only things we should be looking for? I’ve also been curious about how the ability to resolve conflicts impacts relationship stability. Do couples who manage disagreements well tend to last longer?

What have you all noticed in your own relationships? Are there any specific signs you find useful when evaluating how healthy your relationship is?
