Differentiating between mental and emotional health can be quite tricky. For example, someone might struggle with anxiety from work-related stress (a mental health issue) while also feeling a deep sadness due to a personal loss (an emotional health concern). In my own experiences, I’ve felt the effects of both, and sometimes it’s hard to figure out where one ends and the other starts.
In my daily life, I try to monitor my mental and emotional states separately. I’ve found that light strength training helps clear my mind, while I also make time to reflect on my emotions through journaling or just sitting with my thoughts.
