How do you find a wellness routine that suits your life?

Choosing a wellness routine can be pretty daunting with all the options out there today. A friend of mine is currently trying to merge exercise, mindfulness, and healthy eating into their busy life without adding more stress. They’re looking for something manageable and uplifting, rather than just a task to check off their list.

There’s so much information on wellness that it can be hard to know where to begin. Should you concentrate on one area, like meditation or physical activity, or is it better to take a more balanced approach that incorporates different elements? I believe it’s essential to find something that aligns with your own pace and lifestyle.
