With Men’s Mental Health Month approaching this June, I’ve been reflecting on how to observe it in a meaningful way. It can be challenging to find resources that specifically cater to men, especially when mental well-being is a priority for me. I want to ensure that my efforts truly resonate.

I’ve come across different community events and online discussions, but I question their effectiveness. Some friends have suggested simple actions, like checking in on the guys in our lives or organizing casual get-togethers to talk about mental health. Do these small gestures really make a difference, or is there something more significant we should be doing?
