How does mindfulness impact our mental health?

Life can be pretty chaotic, and stress can really take a toll on our mental health. I’ve started including mindfulness practices in my daily routine, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how I cope. For example, during my morning walks, I focus on the sounds around me—the waves crashing, the wind blowing. It really helps me stay present and clear my head.
