How does staying hydrated impact energy during workouts?

Since I started my low-impact workout routine, I’ve noticed that my energy levels vary quite a bit from day to day. I’ve been thinking about how hydration might be influencing this. On days when I make a conscious effort to drink enough water, I feel like I can push through my workouts with more ease. But when I get caught up in my day and forget to hydrate, I definitely feel more sluggish.

I’m curious if others have experienced similar ups and downs in their energy based on hydration. How do you all manage your water intake, particularly before and after workouts? Any tips for staying on top of hydration throughout the day?
