Is Exercising Before Bed Beneficial or Disruptive?

After a long day, I’ve been thinking about the best ways to relax before bed. Some of my friends swear by doing light exercises, saying it helps them sleep better. On the flip side, others believe that working out too late keeps them awake longer. This topic really piques my interest, especially with my simple approach to wellness.

Living in Denver, where the altitude can affect energy levels, I’m mindful about when and how I incorporate exercise.
