Is La Croix a Good Option for Daily Hydration?

I’ve been working on reducing my intake of sugary drinks and recently discovered La Croix. I enjoy the variety of flavors and the carbonation, but I’m beginning to question if it’s a healthy option for staying hydrated every day. I’ve come across differing opinions about flavored sparkling water, and I want to ensure I’m making the right choice for my wellness journey.

What do you all think about La Croix? Can it really replace plain water, or should I just stick with good old H2O? If anyone has experienced any changes in their health or energy levels from drinking it regularly, I’d love to hear your thoughts!

I’ve tried switching to La Croix too, but I found that while it’s a fun alternative, it sometimes makes me less thirsty compared to plain water. I think it’s great in moderation, but sticking mostly to regular water might be best for staying truly hydrated. Have you noticed any differences in how you feel?

I find La Croix can be a nice change from plain water, but I wouldn’t rely on it entirely. It’s great for flavor but still doesn’t hydrate you quite like regular water does. I usually mix it up—sparkling water here and there, but I still keep my water bottle filled most of the time. Just balance it out!
