Starting your day off right can really shape how the rest of it goes, and that’s where a good morning stretch routine comes in. For us guys, especially those managing work and fitness, the right stretches can really make a difference. I’ve been trying out various routines that focus on flexibility and mobility, and I’m interested to hear what others are doing in 2026.
I’ve found that adding in stretches like hip openers and spinal twists not only helps relieve tension but also lets me tune into what my body needs throughout the day. Some mornings, I throw in a bit of light strength training for variety. What stretches have you found to be the most effective? Are there particular routines that you swear by for kick-starting your mornings?
How do you keep up with your morning stretches? Do you have a set time that you stick to, or do you just go with what feels right?
