What are some healthy relationship habits to develop?

Building healthy habits in our relationships can be challenging. A friend of mine has been having a tough time with communication in her relationship, leading to frequent misunderstandings and arguments. This got me thinking—what practical strategies can we use to create healthier interactions with our loved ones?

One idea is to dedicate specific time for open discussions, allowing both partners to express their feelings without distractions. Also, I’ve found that practicing active listening is crucial, but it can be hard to really focus when you’re busy thinking about your reply. Has anyone else tried this approach?
