What are the main traits of good mental health?

I’ve been paying attention to how people handle their emotions, and it’s really enlightening. I’ve noticed a few individuals who seem to keep a balanced perspective, no matter what life throws at them. This got me wondering: what traits do they consistently exhibit?

One trait that stands out to me is resilience. These people can recover from setbacks without losing their identity or purpose. Another important quality is self-awareness; they seem to understand their emotions and triggers, which helps them respond thoughtfully instead of just reacting. Additionally, the ability to maintain healthy relationships appears vital. They often rely on a support network and are there to support others in return.
