Choosing the right tools for better sleep can be quite daunting with all the options out there. I’ve been exploring various apps and devices designed for sleep optimization, but I’m unsure which ones are truly worth it.

Some of my friends are big fans of smart mattresses, while others swear by basic sleep trackers. I’ve experimented with a few wellness apps that claim to improve sleep quality, but the results have been hit or miss. It makes me think there might be a more effective way to tackle this instead of just following the latest trends.
