What healthy cooking methods do you prefer?

Choosing healthy cooking methods can be pretty overwhelming, given the variety available. For example, I’ve been trying to add more steamed and roasted vegetables to my diet, but I sometimes wonder if I’m getting the most nutrients out of them. Every time I look up cooking tips, there seems to be a new ‘best’ way to prepare foods for better health.

I’m really interested to know how you all make your choices. Do you have certain methods you stick with? What do you prioritize—time, taste, or nutritional value?
