What healthy sleep habits can improve your rest?

Many of us struggle to get a good night’s sleep, and it’s become increasingly common in our hectic lives. I’ve noticed that things like screen time and irregular sleep schedules really affect how rested I feel in the morning. It makes me think about what healthy sleep habits I can adopt to establish a better routine.

Recently, I’ve been trying some simple changes, like dimming the lights earlier in the evening and leaving my phone outside the bedroom.
