Managing mental health can often feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to expressing thoughts and feelings. Journaling has been a transformative practice for many of us, but finding the right prompts to kickstart the process can be a challenge. I’ve been trying out various prompts and would love to hear what has worked best for you.
Prompts can serve as helpful guides, whether you’re reflecting on your daily emotions, setting intentions, or practicing gratitude. I’ve personally found questions like ‘What made me smile today?’ and ‘What am I grateful for this week?’ to be really effective in shifting my mindset. But I’m eager to learn about the prompts that others have found impactful.
