What makes a sleep routine effective for you?

Getting a good night’s sleep can be tough, especially when life gets busy. I’ve recently been trying out different sleep routines, and I’ve noticed some real improvements in how I feel during the day. It seems that even small changes can make a big difference. I’m eager to hear what others do to make their sleep routines work.

For example, I’ve started doing some gentle yoga before bed, which really helps to calm my mind.
