What vitamins have helped you with menopause symptoms?

Navigating menopause can be a challenge, especially when trying to manage the various symptoms that come with it. For those of us in our 40s and 50s, the changes can feel overwhelming, and it’s tough to know what truly helps. I’ve started looking into vitamins that might support this transition, but there’s an abundance of information out there.

I’ve recently come across vitamin E and its potential benefits for hot flashes and mood swings. Calcium and vitamin D are also frequently mentioned for maintaining bone health during this phase.
