Every year, different health topics get their time in the spotlight, but I often forget when it’s time to discuss men’s mental health. With so much happening in our lives, it’s easy to overlook the importance of mental well-being—especially for men who might not feel comfortable opening up about their emotions.
I’ve been trying to include practices like breathwork in my daily routine to help me connect with my feelings, particularly when life gets overwhelming. As someone who tracks habits to stay balanced, I believe having a specific month dedicated to men’s mental health could boost awareness and spark more conversations.
