With so many different opinions out there, figuring out when to start a sleep routine can be challenging. Some folks advocate for beginning as early as possible, while others feel it’s okay to wait until problems arise. Personally, I’ve been trying to improve my sleep lately, especially since I’m focusing on low-impact workouts and better morning habits.
I’m curious if there’s an ideal time to implement a sleep routine, especially since our bodies change as we age. Should we make this shift when we’re feeling restless, or only after we notice disturbances in our sleep? For those of you who have adjusted your sleep patterns, when did you decide to start?
