Which vitamins can help during perimenopause?

Perimenopause can really throw you for a loop, right? I’ve been dealing with some intense mood swings and fatigue lately, and I’m starting to think that certain vitamins might help ease these symptoms. There’s so much info out there that it’s tough to know what truly works.
