Which vitamins can help ease perimenopause symptoms?

Going through perimenopause can be tough, especially with all the symptoms that come with it. Whether it’s mood swings or trouble sleeping, many of us are looking for natural ways to cope. I’ve heard that certain vitamins might help alleviate some of these issues, but there’s so much information out there that it can be overwhelming.
